President & CEO

Paul Patin is the President and CEO of DynaLantic Corp. He has over 50 years of experience in the aerospace and simulation industry as a Systems Engineer, Project Engineer, Program Manager, Chief Engineer, Vice President of Business Development, Vice President of Engineering at Gould Inc., Simulation Systems Division and President and CEO, DynaLantic Corp.

Jeffrey Weinstock
Vice President and CFO

Mr. Weinstock is a founding partner, Vice President and CFO of DynaLantic Corp. He has 35 years experience in the aerospace and simulation industry as Attorney, Contracts Manager, Chief Financial Officer and head of all administrative functions. He has served in these positions for Hydrosystems Inc., Gould Inc., and, since 1984 for DynaLantic Corp.

Richard A. Stumpf
Vice President, Engineering

Richard A. Stumpf is Vice President of Engineering for DynaLantic Corp. He has over 28 years of experience in the aerospace and simulation industry as a Software Engineer, Visual Systems Engineer, Project Engineer, and Program Manager with numerous small and large simulation companies, including Link, CAE, AAI, and DynaLantic Corp.

Eduardo Cordero
General Manager

Mr. Cordero is the General Manager  for DynaLantic Corp and is the Manager of the DynaFlight Training Center. He is responsible for installation, maintenance, and operations oversight of the UH-1H, Huey II, AH-1F, and AH-64A Non-standard rotary wing simulators. Mr. Cordero is also responsible for direction and coordination of logistic support of the UH-1H and Huey II Simulator in Colombia under US Govt Contract. Mr. Cordero has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, and is fluent in English and Spanish.

Vincent C. Hill
Director, Business Development

Vincent “Vince” Hill is the Business Development lead at DynaLantic Corp., identifying business opportunities, determining customer requirements and developing effective pursuit strategies for both domestic and foreign customers. Prior to joining the DynaLantic team, Vince was the Senior Director, Training Simulation Engineering Team for URS Federal Services where he successfully managed multiple commercial and government programs related to aviation simulation and training. Vince also served with distinction for 30 years in the United States Air Force, with leadership roles that include Superintendent Command Post Inspections, Air Combat Command, Inspector General Team and Superintendent USCENTCOM, USEUCOM, U.S. Forces Korea, Combined Forces Command, and United Nations Command Centers and finally as the Chief Enlisted Manager, 613 Air and Space Operations Center (AOC). Vince retired from the USAF in 2011 at the rank of Chief Master Sergeant. He holds degrees in Information Systems Management and Intelligence from the Community College of the Air Force.

Robert L. Catron
Senior Strategy and Marketing Advisor

As the Senior Strategy and marketing Advisor, Mr. Catron is responsible for developing strategies to grow the company in both the International and Domestic market places. In this capacity he provides capture plans,
recommends alliances and strategy for the targeted business opportunities. Mr. Catron is a retired U.S.
Army Colonel, helicopter pilot and former Army Program Manager for PM Trade.
